I was extremely happy with Lysanne's skill level. Her natural way of assessing a body/problem and coming up with a solution made me call her a walking x-ray machine. I have recommended Lysanne to everyone I know and know I will be regular at Equinox Health myself. The online scheduling is intuitive and easy, which makes visits that more convenient.

When I first went to see Equinox, I could barely walk due to a back strain. Within one treatment from Lysanne, the pain no longer existed and I was able to stand straight. The knowledge and movements that I was put through in that initial visit and subsequent visit enabled me to have full movement and play soccer within a couple of weeks. Although not apart of my treatment, I have received insight into the best exercises to heal a previous injury and continue my own physio based on the suggestions provided.
I would and do recommend Equinox Health Clinic to all of my friends and anyone who has an injury as from my experience, they are the best.

Lysanne finds the route of the problem and applies treatment from there. I have had treatment from many massage therapists and find Lysanne to be the most effective I have come across. Equinox have been helping me maintain good health since they opened.
